Strawberry Roses for Valentine's Day

What little things do you do to make Valentine's Day special?  I made some strawberry roses this morning while my little man was running around the kitchen- so easy to do! Insert a straw or stick to use as the stem. Then holding it upright, start cutting into the base - going all the way around the strawberry. Next level up, stagger the cuts by a little bit - repeat until you get to the top.  Pull down gently on the "rose petals" to flare it out a bit and you've got a strawberry rose!
